MacMahon expressed his thoughts, "I believe this dressing room is an ideal fit for Norris, given the presence of seasoned veterans like Lillard and Jusuf Nurkic, who serve as leaders. He has also received encouragement from Morant. Morant recognizes this as a second chance in his career, a chance to revitalize it. Norris has also garnered support from Avdija. With Morant's arrival, the team features Lillard and Henderson, prompting Avdija to ponder, 'How do I fit into this lineup?' Yet, Norris has managed to make it all work, and the players are more than willing to give their best for him."
